| The Phelps Fire Department provides fire protection and ambulance services to the Town and Village of Phelps. The Town of Phelps encompases approximately 64 square miles, of which the Phelps Fire Dept. provides BLS ambulance service to the entire area, including portions of the Village of Clifton Springs and the entire Village of Phelps. The Phelps Fire Dept. provides fire protection duties to the Village of Phelps and approximately 32 square miles of the Town of Phelps. Phelps Fire Department also provides fire & rescue services to the NYS Thruway Authority, from milemarker 328.7-333.4. The remaining portions of the Town of Phelps are covered by the Clifton Springs Fire Dept., Oaks Corners Fire Dept., and Seneca Castle Fire Dept. |
