Phelps Fire Dept. & Phelps Ambulance were dispatched this morning for a MVA, with
dispatch reporting 2 minor injuries. Phelps Ambulance 2192 and Chief 21-0 arrived
on location with 4 vehicles involved in a chain reaction collision. 2192 transported
1 patient. Other responding units included Engine 2121 & Rescue 2171.
